AS/NZS1158.3.1:2020 table 3.4 part (d) requires the calculation to meet 50% of Eph upto a distance of 5m either side of the pathway – where the verge exists – or up to any structure/fence/property boundary that forms the edge of the pathway, unless deemed otherwise by the relevant authority.
